Payment, Services, and Refunds Policy



Payment for all services is required upfront and in full to begin the design process. Our aim is to provide the very best services and support, and going above and beyond for every client. For this reason, we offer a set number of free revisions or a single revision to all clients upon the completion of their services. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of the receipt of your completed project. Please see individual service offerings for specific details on each services refund and revision policies.


My passion is for helping SMBs to level up with their online presence and marketing efforts. My goal is to create beautiful and cost-effective marketing and web designs that clients are thrilled to show off and have as representation for their brand. For this reason, I offer a set number of free revision(s) for each service. This is given as a courtesy to make sure that clients are 1000% satisfied with their services received. Due to the nature of some services, refunds may not be granted. Please read below for more information on which services are able to be refunded. Please note: No refunds will be granted for any services that have been completed and released to a client. 


It’s important to share and place emphasis on the amount of time and creative energy that are fueled into building a website, for this reason clients have 3 days after a project has been started, to request for a refund. After 3 days, clients are not able to request for a refund and no refunds will be given for services and the project will be completed in its entirety per the original contract.

Should a refund be requested within the first 3 days, all work that has been completed to the site will be removed and deleted in its entirety. The client will be billed for an early contract termination fee of 20% of the total service fee, which will be deducted from the total amount of payment that was received from the client. For example, if you’ve purchased a SquareSpace website design service for $1,800, the early termination fee would be $360. This would bring a final refund amount of $1,440 that would be refunded back. 


Full refunds are able to be requested for email campaign services within the first 24 hours of the service being purchased. The turnaround time for email campaign services is usually 3 – 7 days, depending on the services selected. Due to this fast turnaround, no refunds of any kind will not be processed after the first 24 hours of this service being purchased.


No refunds will be granted for any other services listed on the Supreme Marketing Queen website. Please make sure that you have reviewed your desired service in detail before purchasing.
